Glenelen Park Karena
1989 Grey Purebred Mare Height -14.3hh Sire – Haboob Dam – Desert Haze
Ren came back to the stud in 2002. After the untimely loss of two full sisters G.P Ballerina and G.P Tamara, we were very pleased to get the opportunity have this line back. She is a superb type, with plenty of stamina and charisma. She has so far given us two beautiful fillies, and hopefully will continue to produce foals for a few more years. Aloha Martika
1991 Bay Anglo Arabian Mare Height -15.3hh Sire – Marrakesh (Imp NZ) Dam – Aloha Rosetta
Martika was purchased in early 2001 from Aloha Stud. Her type and exceptional movement caught our eye amongst many other horses. She has produced 6 foals for us to date, all of excellent type. We expect they could excel in endurance or any other chosen discipline.

Mathoura Wirrawai
1992 Chestnut Purebred Mare Height -14.2hh Sire – Mathoura Jamboree (Arabian Park Phaeton) Dam – Mathoura Jacinda (Arabian Park Phaeton)
Wirrawai was purchased in 1999. She is a stunning type, with excellent conformation and plenty of attitude. She qualified as an open endurance horse in 2001, having some very exciting rides together, most memorably being asked by the person riding next to me how long ago he had been gelded (it was dark at the time). She is now retired, and enjoying the relaxed life of a broodmare.

Ellie came to our stud, from my good friend at Emerald Park Arabians. She is lovely solid type, with excellent conformation. Having never been broken in, hopefully she will produce some superb foals for our stud.

Eastern Park Unforgettable
1992 Black Purebred Mare Height -15hh Sire – Tarong Jamal Dam – Wyuna Ashtra
Phil certainly has that something special about her, along with an exceptionally calm and gentle temperament. She has produced some beautiful foals for us, including a stunning black colt in 2008 G. P Phenomenal (see foals 2008 page), and a superb black filly G.P Pirouette last season (see foals 2009 page).

Hadora is one of the last foals by my exceptional performance stallion Haboob. Her dam Dorasal was also an outstanding riding/performance mare, competing in many disciplines very successfully. She has produced two fillies to date.

Sav has an exceptionally quiet and calm nature, which she passes on the to her foals. She has recently been started under saddle (at 9y-o) and is going beautifully, she now has a place as a calm riding horse as well as a quality breeding mare.

Aloha Cheyenne
2000 Bay/White Tobiano Partbred Arabian Mare Height -15.2hh Sire – Arabian Park Desert Dashar Dam – Cherokee
On a visit to Aloha stud in late 2000, we saw Cheyenne as a 3mths old foal. Having always been keen to breed a coloured Arabian, she was purchased and came home to our stud as a weanling. She has not been broken in, mainly due to lack of time and also being more valuable to us as a breeding mare. She has produced two bay tobiano colts and two fillies, a bay and a bay pinto (see foals 2009 & 2010).

Having always been keen on the Appys, Speck was purchased in July 2006. She is a strong/solid type, with excellent conformation. She has produced 3 fillies to date, which can be viewed on the fillies page, foals 2008 and foals 2009 pages.

Kareena
1987 Homozygous Black QH Mare Height -15.2hh (unreg) Sire – Unknown Dam - Unknown
Kareena was purchased in December 1994. She is an extremely nice type and an excellent doer. She has found her place as an exceptional broodmare, being the sort of mare that no matter what stallion you cross her with the foal will be of outstanding quality. Unfortunately, she has been a consistent colt producer, with 6 to date and only 1 filly. She is now showing her age, but hopefully she will produce another filly.
(photo at 22yrs) Kareena was peacefully laid to rest September 09, with severe arthritis in her front legs, it just wasn’t fair to let her live in such pain. I would have loved another foal from her particularly a filly and regret the years I wasted in her younger days. Her exceptional type and quality lives on in my beautiful riding horse G. P. Kobe and also her grand daughter G. P Sakura. - Rest in peace old girl -
